Welcome
Thanks for your interest in becoming a trustee at Radical Recruit. We’re not looking for traditional boardroom types. We want people who care deeply, think differently, and are willing to help us grow with guts, heart and radical honesty.
This pack includes six short questions to help us get to know you. Each one includes prompts to help you think through your answer, and a clear explanation of what we’re looking for. You don’t need to respond to every prompt, but they’re there to support you.
A Final Note Before You Apply:
To request a copy of the Trustee Recruitment Pack, please email holly@radicalrecruit.co.uk. The pack includes detailed role descriptions and all the information you’ll need to help guide your application.
Also, we wanted to mention that this role doesn’t require polished writing skills. That’s why we welcome the use of AI to support your application. It can be a great editor, thought-starter or confidence boost. But we want to be clear: we’re not looking for perfection.
We’re looking for you. Your voice. Your story. Your perspective.
People often tell us they value Radical’s honesty and realness. We hope this process helps you show up in the same spirit - authentically and unapologetically yourself.
